Formula One or F1 is the highest peak of the sport motorsport. History of this speed contest is almost as old as the history of the car it self. From the past few decade F1 become a means of verification for drivers, as an arena to test skills in controlling their vehicles. Both in the past and modern times today, a formula one car requires much effort to be victorious, and of course in addition to technological innovation and innovation in various disciplines, large funds also became one of the determinant. 10. Jack Brabham (Australia – UK).

9. Nelson Piquet (Brazil).
Nelson was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he was the son of Brazilian politicians at that time, his father had served as Minister of Health of Brazil. Nelson started racing since the age of 14 years, and his talent soon be seen in kart racing event, even though it was his father who joined the race to an official ban. During his career in the world of F1 Nelson recorded 23 victories and 60 podiums from 207 times a race. F1 champion Nelson as much as three times the years 1981, 1983, and 1987.

8. Alberto Ascari (Italy).
Alberto was born in Milan, Italy in 1918, Alberto has been familiar since childhood with the world of racing as his father was a top Italian driver in the 1920s. His father’s death at the Grand Prix race in France in 1925 did not deter the world to his race pace. During his career on F1 race, Alberto record 13 times victory 17 times in podium from 33 times races. Alberto Ascari won the F1 World Champion two times, namely in 1952 and 1953.

7. Niki Lauda (Austria)
Niki Lauda was born in Vienna in 1949. Niki Lauda comes from a wealthy family, his family owns several businesses and includes a rich family in Austria. Niki start the race with mini-car racing, and although strongly opposed by his family, Niki had also appeared in the arena of Formula1. After retirement, Niki Lauda manages his two airlines company. During his career, Niki Lauda won the race 25 times and climbed the podium as much as 54 times from 177 races.

6. Sir Jackie Stewart (Scotland).
Jackie was born in Milton Scotland, jackie was a born racer and a true lover of motorsport, after retirement to be the drivers, jackie active as a commentator and founded his own team. Working together with Ford jackie started Stewart Grand Prix racing team, but it gained more big name when it became the drivers. Jackie career as a successful racer, he won 27 times as many races and climbed the podium 43 times out of 100 times that participated in the F1 race. 5. Jim Clark (Scotland).
Jim Clark started the race by following the local rally racing. Jim began his debut in F1 racing in 1961 and has since dominated the race on the era. Two years active in F1 racing, Jim has managed to become champion in 1963. But it seems the fate goes the other way, just eight years after its debut, Jim Clark’s fatal accident took his life in the German Hockenheim circuit, quite tragic because for the past eight years of his career though he did not experience any accident. Jim Clark’s racing career is actually quite brilliant, he won the race 25 times and 32 times the podium in just a 73 times races. Jim Clark’s became F1 World Champion as much as two times, namely in 1963 and 1965.

4. Alain Prost (France).
Alain was born in Saint-Chamond Loire, France, and since the age of 14 years has jumped into the world of kart racing through the race. Ayrton Senna was born in Sao Paolo, Brazil in 1960. Ayrton know the racing world since racing karts at the age of 13 years, and his talent makes Ayrton earned racing champion in various events. In the arena of Formula 1 racing driver Ayrton regarded as the best, that is hardly matched by other drivers, and everyone seems to agree. Ayton’s life story must end tragically when a fatal accident at the Imola circuit in San Marino. Since then Formula 1 is not the same anymore, and many new regulations governing the safety of the drivers. Senna’s own performance statistics are not as impresing as the other drivers in order of top 10, but almost everyone who knew his action was agreed that Senna could be considered the best.
